| The
VERY BEST way to contact us is via
email... we will ALWAYS answer emails for orders within one day unless we're out on
an Archaeological hunt, then it might be one and 1/2 days... Also, we go
into isolation for a few days just before a new release in order to make
it happen... so in this instance, email's other than orders get put
"on-hold" until after the new release happens: Recently I
finally started writing a series of artifact publications which I've
wanted to do for a long time, so I have to apologize that "what is this"
emails will also have to wait for this important project to come to a
close. (You can always post these on the Arrowheads.com bulletin board for
other collectors to see and respond to in the meantime, again, my

| For inquiries, such as "what is
this", please bear in mind that you folks out there have me
greatly out-numbered and I receive literally hundreds of inquiries every 2 days
or so... I try to answer them all, but since I'm basically a one-man show,
and have to handle all of the duties involved in getting newly listed
material up on the site, as well as filling orders, many times these
inquiries have to wait until I get a break in my hectic schedule.

| If you get
the answering machine, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE... I work from home, so I'm
almost always in... it's just that the salespeople out here are TOTALLY
ruthless (and sneaky), so we don't answer the phone if we don't recognize
the caller's ID. (My lunchtime is usually from 2:00 to 3:30, but other
than that, I'm here until 9PM PST) |
